A prostituição como trabalho marginal

Abstract

This work is dedicated to the analysis of the recognition of the rights of sex workers, through a legal approach, legal and moral, to contextualize the whole development of this activity in the walk of the world and understand their current status. In the first chapter we evaluate sex as a work by addressing the basic concepts so that the reader can contextualize. Opportunely far It will be a historical analysis of prostitution in time, settling on the most important aspects, emphasizing the most diverse forms of consideration of such labor to depend on moral regarded in that society. In a second chapter, we will dedicate the approach to prostitution, or as I prefer to call the sexual labor as a marginal work, bringing out the problems these supported professionals, the ills of quality marginalized, and legal models that exist for treatment of the same. In the third and last chapter bring to bleated the look of the Brazilian legal system on the work of such sex workers, as they are legally seen, legislative initiatives in this direction, without exhausting all, but bringing the most impactful for our study.
