Formação profissional de jovens: entre a educação e a assistência

Abstract

Historically, the young' professional formation, besides being understood as lever for the social, economic and political development of Brazil, became antidote against the expressions of the social subject that they permeate the juvenile universe, still being able to, to configure as accomplishment source and emancipation of these social subjects through the relationship education and work. The restricted access to the quality education, the fragile conditions for the permanence in the school system, the inadequate professional qualification, the insert difficulty in the formal labor market and it fights for the first employment, they are among the main problems with which the Brazilian young come across today. We presuppose that the relationship education and present work in the politics of professional formation, when conjugating attendance, to discipline and social control - through teaching and formation activities for the subordinate, acceptance in ways work precarious, with insufficient learning for the juvenile segment to settle down difficultly in the labor market will turn the young citizen-workers that recognize, they demand rights and they are made participant in the process of social, economic emancipation, politics and human. In this threshold, we intended to approach the educational politics of young' professional formation that comes if developing inside the politics of social attendance.
