dc.description.abstract | Hospitality plays a fundamental role in the service sector, with employee satisfaction being directly related to the quality of service provided. Organizational climate reflects the level of employee satisfaction through several factors, aiming to increase engagement and well-being. Employee satisfaction can be one of the key factors in delivering memorable experiences to guests through high-quality service. This article aims to analyze the impact of human resources management and organizational climate on employee satisfaction in the hotel sector. For this purpose, a case study was conducted using secondary data collected in 2022, 2023, and 2024 in a Hotel of the Alfa Chain, located in city of Juiz de Fora - MG. The research presents an analysis of organizational climate and people management in the hospitality segment, highlighting as one of the results, the internal communication and professional recognition as critical factors for employee satisfaction. | pt_BR |
dc.description.resumo | A hotelaria desempenha um papel fundamental no setor de serviços, sendo a satisfação do trabalhador relacionada diretamente à qualidade do atendimento oferecido. O clima organizacional reflete o nível de satisfação dos trabalhadores através de vários fatores, objetivando como resultado um aumento do engajamento e do bem-estar dos colaboradores. A satisfação dos trabalhadores pode ser um dos fatores responsáveis por proporcionar experiências memoráveis aos hóspedes por meio da prestação de serviços de qualidade. O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar o impacto da gestão de recursos humanos e do clima organizacional na satisfação dos colaboradores do setor hoteleiro. Para isso, foi realizado um estudo de caso com fins exploratórios, com a utilização de dados secundários coletados nos anos de 2022, 2023 e 2024 em um hotel da Rede Alfa, localizado na cidade de Juiz de Fora - MG. A pesquisa apresenta uma análise do clima organizacional e da gestão de pessoas no segmento de hospitalidade, destacando como um dos resultados, a comunicação interna e o reconhecimento profissional como fatores críticos para a satisfação dos colaboradores. | pt_BR |
