Resumo:	O presente trabalho tem por escopo analisar a disposição do artigo 12, do Código de Processo Civil, investigando sua constitucionalidade, bem como a necessidade ou não de se seguir a ordem cronológica de julgamento nos processos cíveis.
Abstract:	The scope of the present paper is to analyze the provision of article 12, of the Brazilian Code of Civil Procedure from 2015, investigating its constitutionality and the necessity of following the chronological order of judgment in civil cases.
