Abstract

The vital interest of this work is to discuss the notion of play within the field of art and the philosophy of art, allowing the interlocutor to relate programs in which dispute and inequality are in force and programs where horizontality, sharing and mutual cooperation of all participants are essential. It is not intended to exhaust the meanings of play here, but rather to make approximations and singular connections, realizing that this text itself will serve as a field and board, in the desire that movements be fired between the writing and the reader. For the composition of this cartography of play and their universe, I gather objects and actions resulting from my artistic creation in recent years, which will form the territory of different frictions (ethical, aesthetic and political). They are works carried out at different times, but which, invariably, share here in this textual and curatorial exercise, as well as in their production as “artistic objects”, critical intercessions that problematize play as an essay of reality itself.
