| Resumo: | A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo a análise da Lei Federal n° 13.935/2019 e sua implementação no Estado de Minas Gerais. Para tal, constatou-se, por essencial, a apreensão sobre a relação existente entre o Serviço Social e a Política de Educação, havendo destaque para a Dimensão Educativa, presente na profissão desde os seus primórdios. Assim, sob a finalidade de se compreender a efetivação da Lei no espaço demarcado, foram analisados Editais das Prefeituras Municipais e da Secretaria do Estado de Educação (SEE) de Minas Gerais, demarcando-se aqueles que dispõem acerca da atuação de Assistentes Sociais na Política de Educação e abarcam o período de janeiro de 2020 a agosto de 2024. Deste modo, a partir das análises realizadas, verificou-se que a Lei supracitada tem sido implementada, porém, não em todo o estado mineiro, sendo disposto ao Serviço Social, contudo, uma atuação que remete à gênese da profissão, a qual não contribui para a construção de uma educação contra-hegemônica, mas que se direciona à manutenção da ordem capitalista vigente. Sendo ressaltado, nessa esfera, o fato de haver Processos Seletivos que trazem em sua estrutura, no que concerne às atribuições inerentes aos/às Assistentes Sociais, singelos direcionamentos à uma educação que seja emancipadora e autônoma, o que é revestido, entretanto, de ambiguidade, uma vez que estes inclinam-se, ao mesmo tempo e, predominantemente, ao campo da reprodução de perspectivas conservadoras. |
| Abstract: | This research aims to analyze Federal Law n. 13.935/2019 and its implementation in the State of Minas Gerais. To this end, it was found to be essential to understand the relationship between Social Work and Education Policy, with emphasis on the Educational Dimension, present in the profession since its beginnings. Thus, in order to understand the effectiveness of the Law in the demarcated space, Notices from the Municipal Governments and the State Secretariat of Education (SEE) of Minas Gerais were analyzed, highlighting those that provide for the role of Social Workers in Education Policy and cover the period from January 2020 to August 2024. Thus, from the analyses carried out, it was found that the aforementioned Law has been implemented, however, not throughout the state of Minas Gerais, with Social Work being provided with a role that refers to the genesis of the profession, which does not contribute to the construction of a counter-hegemonic education, but which is directed towards the maintenance of the current capitalist order. It is worth highlighting, in this sphere, the fact that there are Selection Processes that bring in their structure, with regard to the attributions inherent to Social Workers, simple directions towards an education that is emancipatory and autonomous, which is, however, fraught with ambiguity, since these processes lean, at the same time and predominantly, towards the field of reproduction of conservative perspectives. |
