| Resumo: | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a viabilidade de se trabalhar no limite mínimo de estoque e oferecer um lead time reduzido no atendimento aos clientes. A pesquisa contou com uma base bibliográfica relacionada ao tema sugerido. Foram pesquisados vários temas que influem diretamente no assunto estudado e que podem contribuir para a resolução do problema como, cadeia de suprimento e logística, desenvolvendo assim a relação existente entre todos os fatores para a obtenção do resultado esperado. Um importante foco de estudo é a gestão como um todo, para que seja possível a resolução dos problemas encontrados em cada etapa do processo estudado. Conseguiu-se perceber que existe a possibilidade de se trabalhar no limite mínimo de estoque e oferecer um lead time reduzido no atendimento aos clientes, mas para que isso ocorra é necessário a realização de algumas medidas, como logística enxuta, que possibilitam o alcance desse resultado. |
| Abstract: | This study aims to analyze the feasibility of work at minimum inventory limits and offer a lead time reduced in customer service. The research included a bibliographic database related to the suggested theme. Several issues that influence directly the subject studied and can contribute to resolving the problem as supply chain and logistic were surveyed, thus developing the relationship between all the factors to obtain the expected result. An important focus of study is the management as a whole, to be able to solve the problems found in each stage of the study process. It could be seen that there is the possibility of working at minimum inventory limits and offer a reduced lead time in customer service, but for this to occur the realization is necessary for some measures as lean logistics that enable the achievement of this result. |
