| Resumo: | A proposta deste trabalho é apresentar a prática profissional do Assistente Social na área da saúde, assim como as políticas públicas são tratadas nos dias atuais através da análise das legislações vigentes que regulamenta a saúde pública, como por exemplo, através do Sistema Único de Saúde. Uma vez que a Constituição Federal de 1988, garante aos cidadãos a garantia de acesso à serviços de atendimento à saúde, sendo esta pública e de qualidade, em específico, existe a Lei nº 8080, de 19 de setembro de 1990, a qual dispõe sobre as condições para promoção, proteção e recuperação da saúde, a organização e o funcionamento dos serviços de saúde, durante o curso de Serviço Social, compreendeu-se que um dos campos da atuação do Assistente Social, é justamente na defesa da promoção e atenção à saúde, como define o CFESS, sobre os Parâmetros para a Atuação dos Assistentes Sociais na Saúde. Logo, nesta perspectiva, essa pesquisa de caráter qualitativo, propõe investigar a através de entrevistas e análise de literatura, como esta sendo realizado o trabalho do assistente social dentro das políticas públicas e os desafios encontrados nesta profissão. |
| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to present the professional practice of the social worker in the health sector as well as public policies are treated nowadays by analyzing the existing laws regulating public health, such as through the National Health System. Since the 1988 Federal Constitution guarantees citizens the guarantee of access to health care services, which is public and quality, in particular, there is the Law No. 8080 of September 19, 1990, which provides for the conditions for promotion, protection and recovery of health, the organization and functioning of health services during the course of social work, it was understood that one of the fields of activity of the social worker, it is precisely in the defense of promotion and attention to health, as defined by the CFESS on the parameters for the Performance of Social Workers in Health. Therefore, from this perspective, this qualitative research, proposes to investigate by interviewing and analyzing literature, as is being done the job of social worker in public policy and the challenges faced in this profession. |
