Movimentos de descolonização em África das colônias de língua portuguesa

Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe the Independence process of African coutries colinazed by Portugal. Especially, the study was based in the Guine-Bissau experience of freedom, which started in the end of 1950 decade and finished in September 24 in 1973, when the country became officialy independent. The methode used was review carefully the bibliography present, in order to show a point of view about the theme, among many others. Furthermore, we present the aspects of Amílcar Cabral life as a militant, politician and one of the leaders of the independence of Guine-Bissau and Cabo-Verde. The purpose of this study is to be used by teachers, especially history teachers, to ofer their students in the high school a different proposal. Therefore, initially, we present an theoretical reference and activities as a additional suport. In the part destined to the students, as a complement can also find additional activities - musics, poems, videos - to make them interested and critics about the theme that is not explored in the classes at school.
