Filho do silêncio, mestre das palavras: a linguagem mística do silêncio em Rūmī

Abstract

This work search through mystical studies to analyze a silence term meaning as an allusive mystical language in a poet Mawlānā Jalāl-od din Rūmī (1207- 1247). This study explore a language and poetry interface in Mawlānā’s book Diwan de Shams de Tabriz in order to comprehend a mystical representation through language from the poetical production of this author. In this direction Rūmī it offers the possibility of – if thinking silence not as finite instance – ahead of which the language become silent, as well as possible form of establishing one another language to access at the inapprehensible dimension of the Sacred one. The monumental poetical workmanship of Rūmī reflects your spiritual path and in a way so amalgamated that it is allowed to take its experience of rupture with the usual world through its disruption with the verbal speech thus presenting a species of exit for silence. To the speech of its meeting with the Absolute one if it imposes a transcendence that cannot be reached by the language, at the same time that transcendence is established in the Unity. The interests of this study is understand the space of this Unity of God in Rūmī that much even so represented in its verses of them escapes for the condition finishes of the transcendence.
