| Resumo: | O presente trabalho tem por objetivo geral analisar o contexto da educação brasileira ofertada pelo Estado, através de uma análise historiográfica da formação do Estado brasileiro. A questão que nos move é qual o lugar que a sociedade brasileira ocupa no processo histórico de garantia do direto à educação por parte do Estado? O direito a educação assegurado pela Constituição federal no artigo 205 de 1988, tem sido efetivada nos âmbitos das esferas governamentais. Auxiliados por teóricos que abordam o tema, faremos uma análise bibliográfica, por meio, do materialismo histórico dialético buscando demonstrar as características históricas e sociais da educação e do trabalho para conquista do direito amplo a Educação de qualidade, destacando como as concepções de educação foram se fundamentando até os dias atuais. |
| Abstract: | The present work aims to analyze the context of the Brazilian education offered by the state, through a historiographical analysis of the formation of the Brazilian state. Has the right to education, guaranteed by the Federal Constitution in article 205 of 1988, been enforced in the governmental spheres? Aided by theorists who approach the theme, we will make a bibliographic analysis, through dialectical historical materialism, in order to demonstrate the historical and social characteristics of education and work to achieve the broad right to quality education and highlight how the conceptions of education have been based until the present day. And to bring the debate on the importance of education to a fair and egalitarian. |
