O uso do gênero cartaz reivindicatório no 2° ano do ensino fundamental: a cidadania transformadora em pauta

Abstract

The objective of this work is to elaborate a didactic proposal using the Revendicating Poster textual genre to students of the 2nd grade of elementary school, inspired by a class from a public school at Rio de Janeiro. It is intended, based on bibliographical research, to study and analyze forms of application of this textual genre, since even though the use of these texts in didactic materials of the teaching level in question is not commonly observed, there is a directive in official educational documents that approach the use of these genres and skills that could be developed through them. The research, from bibliographical studies to the construction of the didactic proposal, will be carried out by a teacher from the Municipal Educational System of Rio de Janeiro, a master's student at ProfLetras (UFJF) program, with the supervision of her advisor. It is expected, with this work, to gather elements that justify and base the pedagogical work with these genres in the classrooms of the elementary school. About the effects, it is considered that working with these genres can provide significant experience of using and reflecting of language for students, in a context of struggle for rights and citizenship. Finally, it is thought that this research can contribute to that Portuguese Language teachers – mainly, in the classrooms of the Elementary School – have more elements to develop practices of use and linguistic analysis with revendicating genres in their Portuguese classes.
