| Resumo: | A representação e a representatividade LGBTQIA+ têm sido foco de estudos da contemporaneidade a partir do olhar das ciências humanas e sociais. A proposta da dissertação de mestrado é compreender em que medida a presença de corpos lésbicos, gays, bissexuais, travestis e transgêneros, queers, intersexos, agêneros e outros, outras e outres em cena teria influenciado mudanças na forma de tratamento das discussões em torno de sexualidade e gênero em um programa de TV. O objeto empírico é composto por edições da atração de entretenimento “Amor & Sexo”, veiculadas pela Rede Globo de Televisão entre os anos de 2011 e 2018. A pesquisa busca avaliar comparativamente, qualitativa e quantitativamente, as participações de enunciadores e enunciadoras convidados, convidadas e convidades pela produção televisiva no que se refere às pautas de interesse da pesquisa. Por meio da Análise da Materialidade Audiovisual (AMA), método proposto por Iluska Coutinho (2016), e de entrevistas semi-estruturadas em profundidade, realizadas com membros da equipe de criação do programa televisual, intenta-se compreender se tais presenças em tela simbolizam uma ocupação midiática mais diversa de lugares de fala e se há, de fato, sobretudo a partir da segunda metade da década de 2010, transformações nos debates que se referem às causas LGBTQIA+. |
| Abstract: | LGBTQIA+ representation and representativity have been the focus of contemporary studies from the perspective of the humanities and social sciences. The purpose of this master's thesis is to understand to what extent the presence of lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transvestites and transgenders, queers, intersexuals, agenders and other LGBTQIA+ bodies could have influenced shifts in how the discussions about sexuality and gender are shaped in a TV program. The empirical object consists on editions of the entertainment television show "Amor & Sexo", aired by Rede Globo between 2011 and 2018. The objective of the research is to evaluate, qualitatively and quantitatively, the participation of enunciators invited by the television production. Through Audiovisual Materiality Analysis (AMA), a method proposed by Iluska Coutinho (2016), and in-depth semi-structured interviews with members of the TV show's creative team, the aim is to understand whether these presences on screen symbolize a more diverse media occupation of standpoints and if there are, in fact, transformations in the debates that refer to LGBTQIA+ causes, especially since the second half of the 2010s. |
