| Resumo: | A entrada do mercado de games e entretenimento, com a proporção global de compra e venda destes, abriu uma extensão de novas formas de trabalho, dentre eles a abertura de Plataformas de conteúdos, tendo possibilidade de acompanhamento ao vivo através das lives de seus respectivos produtores ou os streamers. O estudo se aplica através de método hipotético-dedutivo a uma delas, a Plataforma Twitch, e trata da narrativa sobre os discursos das empresas-plataformas quando se choca nas visões centrais de autonomia, liberdade e subordinação para o Direito Trabalhista, além dos problemas pela falta de regularização. |
| Resumen : | The entry of the games and entertainment market, with the global proportion of purchase and sale of these, opened an extension of new ways of working, among them the opening of Content Platforms, with the possibility of live monitoring through the lives of their respective producers or the streamers. The study is applied through a hypothetical-deductive method to one of them, the Twitch Platform, and deals with the narrative about the discourses of the platforms-companies when they collide with the central views of autonomy, freedom and subordination for Labor Law, in addition to the problems caused by lack of regularization. |
