| Resumo: | O estudo busca problematizar as implicações da estrutura jurídica na intervenção do assistente social do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS), a partir do concurso de 2008, quando ocorre a entrada de 900 analistas do seguro social com formação em Serviço Social. Nesse sentido, intencionou-se apontar a trajetória da política previdenciária, apresentando aspectos sobre a sua relação com o nascimento e a trajetória do Serviço Social previdenciário, demonstrando os rebatimentos institucionais e legais a que foram submetidos os assistentes sociais, consequentemente, a profissão como um todo. |
| Abstract: | The study seeks to problematize the implications of the legal structure in the intervention of the social worker of the National Institute of Social Security, from the 2008 contest, when the entry of 900 social insurance analysts with training in Social Work occurs. It was intended to point the trajectory of the social security policy, presenting aspects about its relation with the birth and the trajectory of the Social Security Social Service, demonstrating the institutional and legal rebates that the social assistants were submitted, consequently, the profession as a whole. |
