Apontamentos sobre a crítica marxiana à política e ao direito em sua relação com as agendas políticas do Serviço Social: a construção de um elo necessário

Abstract

The following work seeks to start from the apprehension of the Marxian theory in order to open a dialogue with the theoretical exponents of Social Work regarding two of its central spheres: law and politics. It starts from the hypothesis that some theoretical aspects of the profession that subscribe within Marxism give the struggles and political agendas within the State the central mediation role for the commitment established as a principle of the profession in its Code of Ethics, which that is, the construction of another corporate order. Understanding that most of the principles that make up the profession based on the so-called renewal movement are based on the influence of the Marxist theoretical contribution, one of the objectives of the work is to verify the extent to which there is a direct absorption of the criticism constructed by Marx in what regards the theme of law and politics. In view of this hypothesis, the objective is at first to establish in Marx's trajectory his understanding of the legal and political terrain of the State, seeking to extract his assumptions and central elements of the constructed criticism. Subsequently, we will seek to verify the digressions and agreements between the postulate of the German author and the aspects of Marxism present in the profession regarding the political agendas that pervade the spheres treated, such as those related to citizenship, human rights and democracy.
