Política de assistência social na atualidade: exploração desumana do trabalho, ampliação das organizações da sociedade civil e implicações para o SUAS

Abstract

This present dissertation proposes an exploratory research and has the intent to make considerations about the Social Assistance Politcs scenery, considering its constitution on the settlement of the intrinsic relationship between Capital and Labor, therefore, needing the State as a legitimizing sphere of this contradictory and organic relationship. We evaluate the need to analyze the behavior of the Brazilian state in its neoliberal form, as well as the questions are set to the laboring class in face of the demands of the accumulation process, in this scenery that has serious implications for SUAS- which is being built since the early 2000s, by the Democratic Constitution of 1988 and which is now suffering frontal attacks in an undemocratic conjuncture that has frozen social spending and there is a call from governments (federal, state and town) to use OSC‘s to extend and engendered even more viscerally to the Social Assistance policy, which is where SUAS is located.
